Agnès Vissoud is the Digital Innovation Director at Louis Vuitton, leading innovative new businesses for the Maison within the LVMH group.
Previously, Agnès spent 10 years in within agencies, directing marketing intelligence entities and consulting divisions to help brands like Coca-Cola, IBM and Nestle drive transformation.
In 2011, she joined Louis Vuitton and took charge of the Experience and Performance Digital division, responsible for defining the Maison's digital ecosystem. Her drive to link strategy and new technologies led her to found in 2017 the Digital Innovation Department.
As Director of Louis Vuitton Digital Innovation, she built the foundations of one of the world’s largest Luxury blockchain consortiums: the Aura Blockchain Consortium. She also created and developed the first client VR experience, Asnières Immersive, as well as Louis Vuitton VIA, the Maison's first exclusive program dedicated to Digital Collectibles.
As part of her role, Agnès is also in charge of leading the change brought by Artificial intelligence and generative AI across the Louis Vuitton value chain.
