• Tax software: Enables companies to calculate the cost basis, capital gains, short-term and long-term gains, and losses for crypto and DeFi activities.
  

• Accounting software: Bitwave's complete and highly configurable solution for crypto and blockchain accounting (records the exchange rates and cost basis).
  

• Integrations: Bitwave supports 200+ integrations, including popular exchanges like Coinbase and Binance, allowing its clients to track $10B+ in digital assets. 

Bitwave's Crypto-Specific Solutions

Aside from the solutions described above, Bitwave also offers advanced APIs and custom reporting, crypto invoicing and bill pay, and DeFi monitoring services for various platforms, DEXes, and Layer 2 networks. The platform supports tracking and tax reporting for the most popular DeFi protocols such as UniSwap, SushiSwap, Curve, Compound, Balancer, or Aave, as well as for revenue earned from staking operations and crypto mining. 

Notably, Bitwave allows Nonprofit Organizations and crypto donors to manage their bookkeeping, accounting, and tax obligations, a popular service as an increased number of NGOs have started accepting cryptocurrency donations within the past few years. This has happened because many crypto investors are using charitable donations as a way to reduce their tax burdens, as they are considered charitable write-offs. In most cases, crypto revenue generated by NGOs from donations is tax-free.

As expected from a crypto platform of this type, Bitwave supports all the major blockchain networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, Solana, Avax, Heco, Filecoin, EOS, Mina, Dash, Flow, and Bitcoin Cash.
