Eva Assayag is the Head of IS & Organization Projects at Officine Panerai, the Italian Luxury watches designer.

There, she is part of the Operations Direction Committee and manages projects of all brand initiatives. She leads a team of 10 project managers involved in digital transformation from manufacture to retail and client omnichannel journey. She is responsible of web3 brand initiatives (NFT, Digital Passport, Blockchain). She spent her entire career in the luxury sector, working for institutions such as Bulgari, Piaget and Richemont.
